Doc Red Wine Sparkling natural fermentation. It is obtained from the mixture of grapes of our disciplinary Doc: Barbera, Croatina and Uva Rara. And ‘the San Colombano typical for excellence, because traditionally the red last harvest was sandwiched between mid-March and late April, giving rise to a product with a soft foam. As per tradition, this product is young, lively ruby red color and harmonious taste.
For his young age goes to all the local rice dishes like “risotto alla milanese” with ossobuco or the Lodi with pork sausage, but even looks good with a nice plate of salt cod stew.
